Trainee Estate Agent Job Description

  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client Focus: Ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proactivity: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed in the Woking real estate market.
