Job Description:
- Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in space planning, furniture layout, and estates management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Health and Safety, Procurement, and Academic departments to ensure effective space planning and management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including academic and management staff, to provide expert advice on space planning and furniture matters.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems related to space planning, furniture layout, and estates management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures related to space planning and estates management.
