Job Summary
The Ravensbourne University London Estates and Facilities team is seeking a Space Management Consultant to manage the university's space planning, furniture changes, and moves. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with various teams to deliver project outcomes.

About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of space planning and organization, as well as experience using software design tools, including CAD. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in Health and Safety and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain space plans and furniture layouts using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with suppliers to create design briefs and scope projects
- Provide an internal consultancy service to academic and management staff
- Engage with building managers and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes

Benefits
