We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our client, a globally renowned pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Liverpool.

Job Summary

The Operational Excellence Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the operational excellence team to drive process improvement, implement lean methodologies, and collaborate with management to set performance goals and targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to make a substantial impact in a leading life science company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operational excellence team to drive process improvement and implement lean methodologies
  • Collaborate with management to set performance goals and targets, and develop training programs for staff in operational excellence practices
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements
  • Assist in the implementation of operational strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards

Requirements

  • Experience in managing teams and driving operational improvement, with a proven track record in implementing Lean Six Sigma and lean methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver workshops and training programs
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards, with Lean Six Sigma Certification (advantageous)
  • University degree in a relevant field (preferred)
