About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team at MJ Quinn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence through effective maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize site operations and improve project delivery.
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure adherence to technical best practices and establish standard policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects, reviewing and communicating the impact on maintenance activities.
  • Audit and ensure compliance of engineering data systems.
  • Attend client meetings and identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
  • Stay current with industry developments and changes that may affect client demand.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to health and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to manage a variety of engineers who are cross-skilled.
  • Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making.
  • Commercially aware.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
