Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure MJ Quinn remains a leader in maintenance and engineering.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Commercially aware, with a deep understanding of the maintenance and engineering industry.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
