We are seeking a talented and commercially-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Retention and Growth Manager. Reporting to the Head of Customer Management, you will play a key role in driving value, growth, and retention of our existing customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and manage complex data sets to drive insights and reporting.
- Develop and execute growth opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction, maximising revenue and lifetime value.
- Experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar messaging marketing tools.
- Excellent command of all marketing tactics, including marketing automation and smart list optimisation.
- Experimental mindset with the ability to apply testing methodologies to assess the success of activities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
