Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educate patients and families on health management and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:
- NMC registration required.
- 1+ years of complex care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.

Salary Range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on experience.
