About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Management Coach and Learner Mentor to join our team at QA Limited.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with learners as they progress through their apprenticeship programme. As a Project Management Coach and Learner Mentor, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring individuals working towards the successful and timely achievement of their goals.

The ideal candidate will have recent industry experience in Project Management and possess strong written skills, communication, and coaching abilities. You should also be able to handle a large caseload of learners and adapt to their needs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor learners throughout their apprenticeship programme
  • Develop and implement effective coaching plans to meet individual learner needs
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [£35,000 - £40,000] per annum salary, depending on experience
  • Recent industry experience in Project Management
  • Strong written skills, including data recording and written feedback
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to diagnose learner needs and adapt to their requirements in a remote environment
