Forest School Lead Educator Opportunity

RIBBONS AND REEVES seeks an experienced Forest School Lead Educator to lead and design engaging nature-based learning experiences for young learners (ages 2-7). The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Forest School certification and minimum 1 year of experience leading Forest School sessions.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, outdoor learning experiences that foster curiosity and resilience in children.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and senior leadership to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum.
  • Set up, maintain, and organize all outdoor resources, ensuring safety and readiness for each session.
  • Conduct and update risk assessments, ensuring all activities are safe and well-prepared.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Forest School certification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading Forest School sessions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
