We are seeking a highly skilled homebased 1st line support technician to join our team as a CAD applications specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the CAD application in accordance with agreed customer KPIs and Service and Maintenance Contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the CAD application in accordance with agreed customer's KPIs and Service and Maintenance Contracts
  • Support and resolve customer tickets and associated Front End/Back End problems in control rooms and data centres

This role requires strong technical skills, including Windows expertise, cyber-security awareness, and hardware maintenance. You will also need good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
