**Job Title:** Account Growth Specialist

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Bottomline. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  3. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact customer success.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

**Requirements:*

  • Customer Success / Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on customer needs.

*A strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for this role.
