Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business revenue and manage key client relationships at Smadex.

About the Role

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, developing and executing a sales strategy to target key prospects and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Successfully onboard and manage a portfolio of new business accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Smadex's products and services, articulating the value proposition to clients and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful sales experience in the digital advertising industry, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in digital advertising and marketing technology.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a significant portion of time spent on the road.
