Senior Account Manager

We are a privately run IT Managed Service Provider based in Oxfordshire, providing managed services to businesses and schools. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and a consultative approach to support.
Salary: £35,000 basic with an uncapped OTE of up to £46,000 per annum.
This dynamic sales role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships as a company ambassador. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of our IT services. Your responsibilities include conducting regular performance reviews, presenting reports to demonstrate service value, and driving upselling opportunities.
About the Role:
- Lead and develop our sales strategy to drive business growth
- Attend networking and supplier events to build industry connections
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing clients
- Explore revenue opportunities within the existing client base
- Provide regular sales performance updates to the leadership team
About You:
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and growing new business
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
- Experience in client meetings and presentations
- Strong sales acumen with a growth-focused mindset
