Job Title: Retirement Living Assistant

Join Riverside Group, a leading housing association, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Retirement Living Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

As a Retirement Living Assistant, you will be the initial point of contact for our residents, providing a professional and supportive approach in both phone and reception interactions. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver a comprehensive housing management service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the day-to-day delivery of housing management services, including tenancy agreements and record-keeping.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless and supportive experience for our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a care or housing setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • Previous experience of working with vulnerable or older adults, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
