Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our Halton Supported Living Service in Runcorn and Widnes. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing
  • Empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives and support them in achieving their goals
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to help individuals build their confidence and self-esteem
  • Assist with medication, meal preparation, and other daily living tasks
  • Support individuals to access the community and engage in activities that promote their well-being

Requirements

  • Strong empathy and ability to connect with individuals on a deep level
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
