Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.

About the Role

You will be working in a respite service, ensuring that users are comfortable, happy, and enjoy their stay. We are looking for someone with experience working with people with complex health needs, although experience working with people with a learning disability is not essential as full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment that challenges and encourages personal and professional development. Creative Support has obtained Investors in People Gold status, and you will receive ongoing training as part of your role.
