About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Administrator - Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will assist with ongoing regulatory requirements, including reviewing and approving documents. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the review and approval of documents related to ICS client onboarding.
  2. Produce Management Information Systems (MIS) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for reporting purposes.
  3. Participate in quality assurance, risk management, operations, and compliance initiatives.
  4. Review and approve Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in relation to CDD refresh/trigger events.
  5. Complete Periodic and 120-day reviews.
  6. Ensure adherence to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures regarding regulatory requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.
  7. Meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements in line with qualification level and in-house procedures.
  8. Uphold the Group's core values and expected behaviors.
  9. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

Essential Requirements:
  1. Experience in onboarding funds/corporate services clients or a compliance/CDD-related role.
  2. Strong investigative and communication skills.
  3. Excellent time management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  4. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
