We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Cloud Online Recruitment. As a key member of our Secretariat, you will be responsible for administering the Faculty's regulatory responsibilities, including attending meetings with regulatory bodies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Co-CEO and Chair of the Regulatory Compliance Committee in managing the Faculty's regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate processes and procedures related to Law Reform Consultations, Complaints and Disciplinary Rules Process, Data Protection, Immigration, and Charity Regulations.
- Assist in the Governance duties of the Dean's Secretariat and perform general office tasks, including word processing and IT system management.
- Collaborate with the Faculty Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor Members' registration with the Information Commissioner's Office and send reminders as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years' experience working with confidential data and administrative office skills.
- At least two years' experience in a UK regulated environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages and video conferencing applications.
