Warehouse Operative with Pump Pallet Truck Experience

Job Overview:


As a warehouse operative with pump pallet truck experience, you will play a crucial role in the logistics operations by safely and efficiently transporting goods within the warehouse and distribution centre.

You will be responsible for operating a pump pallet truck, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a pump pallet truck to move goods and materials throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure that products are stored in the correct locations while following inventory management procedures.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment to maintain safety and operational standards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pump pallet truck driver or in a similar role.
  • Valid certification for operating pump pallet trucks (if applicable).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
