Bield Housing Association is a leading provider of housing and support services to older people in Scotland.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all service & compliance contracts on Bield's Asset Management System, scheduling appointment visits, issuing tenant correspondence, monitoring progress against planned service programmes, recording/updating all service visit data, asset management, processing invoices as required, liaising closely with all members of Bield staff to ensure continuity of service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering service & compliance contracts on Bield's Asset Management System
  • Scheduling appointment visits and issuing tenant correspondence
  • Monitoring progress against planned service programmes
  • Recording/updating all service visit data
  • Asset management and processing invoices as required
  • Liaising closely with all members of Bield staff to ensure continuity of service

Requirements:

  • Significant relevant experience in an administrative role within housing or similar service-based sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and asset management systems
  • Ideal experience working with a computerised repair/asset management system
  • Able to provide highly effective administrative & organisational skills to effectively prioritise, plan and coordinate a workload across a variety of buildings in different locations
