Care Support Specialist

Our services are situated in a row of 6 cottages within an idyllic setting in Cowdenbeath, supporting adults with emotional/mental health support needs and learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides daily life tasks such as cooking, hobbies, and domestic duties. Our residents are independent and may need assistance with personal care at times.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in someone's life every day. As a Support Worker at Quarriers, you will promote inclusivity and support people in accessing local opportunities and activities they enjoy.
We offer a working pattern of day shifts from 7:45am – 8pm, with staff provided with a rota in advance. A level of flexibility is required to meet individual needs, but we aim to offer every 2nd weekend off to staff depending on availability.
