Role Overview

As a Social Care Navigator, you will work closely with Turning Point Scotland's Whole System Approach team in Fife. Your primary focus will be on providing holistic support to individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to achieve stability and independence.

Main Duties:
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local services and agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the steering group to implement the WSA Action plan.
