We are seeking an experienced SEN PE Teacher to join our team, responsible for creating engaging and adaptable physical education lessons for students with varying special educational needs (SEN).
Job DescriptionAs a SEN PE Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, delivering, and adapting physical education lessons tailored to the individual needs and abilities of SEN students.
- Promoting physical activity and wellbeing, fostering an inclusive and enjoyable PE experience for all students.
- Collaborating with SEN support staff and educators to ensure accessible and differentiated lessons.
- Encouraging participation and teamwork, promoting confidence and a positive attitude towards physical education.
- Monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and adapting activities as necessary to ensure student engagement and success.
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum based on experience.
