Key Responsibilities:
The successful Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Safety & Resilience and Environmental Health teams. This includes performing routine office administration tasks, such as invoicing, filing, and servicing meeting rooms, as well as undertaking telephone and reception duties. Additionally, you will provide general support to the team, including inputting legal and medical papers, filing, and records. Your key tasks will also include:
* Maintaining an effective filing and retrieval system* Booking and organizing appointments for the teams* Creating and editing professional correspondence* Taking accurate and efficient notes* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals* Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines* Using Microsoft Office efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
* NVQ Level II Business Administration or Customer Service* Three years' relevant administration experience* Previous administrative experience is advantageous* Proficient in Microsoft Office
