The post is for 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception and routing of patients on arrival.
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
  • Recording requests for visits and telephone calls.
  • Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; filing of medical records as required.
  • Administrative duties such as scanning, filing, patient registrations and deductions, My Health Online.
  • Leaving the reception area tidy and ready for colleagues taking over the next session.
  • Tidying the reception area and the waiting area at the end of each session.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English.
  • Maths/English A-C or functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Competent in IT skills including Microsoft Office.

What We Offer:

  • $44 per hour.
  • On-site parking.
  • Monday to Friday.
