About the Role

Plymouth Business School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Teaching Fellow in Human Resources Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our students and support the School's mission to deliver high-quality, industry-led education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials in Human Resources Management, ensuring that students gain a deep understanding of the subject.
  • Contribute to the development of the School's research agenda, particularly in the area of sustainable business and corporate responsibility.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver innovative teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.
  • Support the School's commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that all students feel welcome and valued.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Human Resources Management, with a focus on equality and diversity, employment relations, and employment laws.
  • Experience of teaching and learning in a higher education setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Human Resources Management.
