Position Overview
We are collaborating with a prominent travel organization to identify a French-speaking Regional Human Resources Partner. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded HR professional who excels in a vibrant and fast-evolving setting.

Key Responsibilities
As the Regional Human Resources Partner, your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Regional Human Resources Partner role should possess:
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken
  • Experience in both strategic and operational HR functions
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and legal frameworks, particularly in the UK and France
  • Background in change management and organizational development

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between £50,000 and £60,000, accompanied by a car allowance. Regular travel may be required as part of the role.
