- Mix and serve cocktails, using a variety of techniques and ingredients.
- Prepare the bar for service, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and efficiently with colleagues.
- Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of urgency and a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality.
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage, with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including opening and closing shifts.
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar.
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Sense of urgency and a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for food and beverage.
- Flexible and available to work a range of shifts.
