We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Central London team at 180 House. As a Bartender with Soho House & Co, your role is to provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring they have an amazing experience every time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and provide excellent service to members
  • Create memorable experiences for our members
  • Mix cocktails and prepare the bar for service
  • Ensure the bar is in pristine condition

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar
  • Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
