About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Coordinator to join our Soho Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and email enquiries for room reservations at Soho House properties in North America.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effectively handle all incoming calls and email enquiries for room reservations, converting enquiries to bookings and ensuring they meet mystery shop guidelines.
  • Accurately enter guest records, ensuring all data is correctly inputted at all times.
  • Offer recommendations on services, staying up-to-date with all promotions and special offers across the business.
  • Exceed guest expectations and provide service excellence, ensuring Soho House reputation is second to none within the industry.
  • Undergo any necessary training to achieve the above responsibilities.
  • Work to agreed KPIs and adhere to company policies and procedures, delivering service excellence in line with the Soho House ethos.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Reservations Agent role or similar, with telephone-based customer service experience essential.
  • Previous experience with Opera is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
  • Previous experience of working with high-profile/VIP guests.
  • Experience of working in a 5-star/luxury hotel.
  • Problem-solving skills and previous experience of managing complaints efficiently.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
