About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Central London team at Soho House Dean Street. As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to provide exceptional service to our members, creating memorable experiences and ensuring that our members have an amazing time every time they visit.
Main Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members
- Mixing cocktails and preparing the bar for service
- Ensuring the bar is in pristine condition
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
