About Dean Street Townhouse

Dean Street Townhouse is a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse situated in the vibrant heart of London Soho, featuring an all-day dining restaurant and a 39-bedroom hotel. The atmosphere is always lively, with a dining room that showcases a weekly changing menu of seasonal British cuisine, sourced from local producers within the UK and Ireland. Our signature dishes include twice-baked smoked haddock soufflé, Dover sole, and Porterhouse steak, along with a renowned Afternoon Tea service that features homemade sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and pastries.

Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic Central London team. As a Bartender at Soho House, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our members enjoy an exceptional experience every time they visit.

With your natural hospitality charm, you will have the opportunity to connect with guests, grow within your role, and make a meaningful impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food when necessary
  • Providing outstanding service to members, creating memorable experiences
  • Mixing cocktails and preparing the bar for service, ensuring it is always in pristine condition

  • 1-2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile bar
  • Knowledge and experience with classic cocktails
  • A team player who communicates effectively with colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • A sense of urgency and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as needed
