About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Central London team at 180 House. As a Bartender with Soho House & Co, your role is to provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring they have an amazing experience every time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and provide excellent service to members
- Create memorable experiences for our members
- Mix cocktails and prepare the bar for service
- Ensure the bar is in pristine condition
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
