Your Impact
As a Sales & Business Development Director, you will be responsible for sales and business development for DTCC Consulting Solutions in EMEA. You will act as a key leader in driving efforts to build this business in the assigned territory and ensure on-target achievement for Sales and Revenue goals as outlined in the annual Sales Plan.
- Act as a strategic leader in prospecting, developing and closing out new DTCC Consulting Business engagements with key DTCC customers in a specific territory assignment within the EMEA region.
- Work closely with Relationship Management and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, and lead efforts to expand business across various client segments.
- Provide management reporting and key insights on sales pipeline and business objectives.
- Deliver accurate and regular pipeline updates, activity and forecasts to Sales Management while keeping a close eye on key performance indicators.
- Partner with Sales Management team to meet the sales plan and applicable sales targets.
- Build both DTCC and personal brand in assigned territory through networking and speaking opportunities.
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed For Success
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- A hunting, networking and self-contained working mentality.
- English language skills are imperative. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Highly organized and efficient at managing day-to-day business with multiple priorities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with internal stakeholders and clients C-level / Senior Management.
