Construction Industry Training Manager

About Cityscape: We are a leading name within the enabling works industry, priding ourselves on our excellent reputation to deliver projects within budget and to programme. Our core areas of expertise include demolition and dismantling, temporary works, façade retention, structural alterations, rail infrastructure and substructure packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly training reports to the Health and Safety team;
- Conduct training audits at site level;
- Monitor, manage and arrange training renewals;
- Attend trade body meetings specific to training;
- Manage grant and levy financial information.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of training requirements within the construction industry (such as CSCS, CPCS and CCDO) and of apprenticeship schemes levy and training grants. You must also hold knowledge of rail industry sentinel database and sentinel scheme rules. We are targeting professionals looking to earn around GBP48,000 per annum, but salary will depend on experience and suitability. A generous package including travel expenses covered, private health care, and company pension scheme will also be offered.
