About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering programs aligned to the business units' future skills requirements. Your expertise will help provide strategic recommendations and solutions to ensure the success of our emerging talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent development programs that meet the needs of our business units.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver programs that attract, recruit, and embed emerging talent.
  • Lead and manage the cyclical activity of emerging talent programs, taking a proactive approach to drive results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform our broader Youth Strategy, including input into Group-level strategic papers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the Next Generation Talent program both internally and externally.

  • You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with diverse colleagues.
  • You will be able to drive results, navigate ambiguity, and balance changing priorities with energy and drive.
  • You will possess the ability to apply incisive analysis to advise on planning and decision-making.
  • You will have awareness and understanding of the early careers environment and a passion for creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive opportunities for young people.
