We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group.

Job Description
  • Design and deliver strategic programmes aligned to business units' future skills requirements, providing recommendations and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with teams across People & Places to design, attract, recruit and embed emerging talent programmes.
  • Lead and manage cyclical activity of emerging talent programmes, taking lead on key projects and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Provide insights from external environment, comparing industry practices and internal offerings to enhance programme delivery.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis of metrics and MI, recommending new programmes or improving existing propositions.
  • Contribute to broader Youth Strategy, informing input into Group-level strategic papers.
  • Promote Next Generation Talent initiatives internally and externally, serving as ambassador for the programme.
Requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively with diverse colleagues.
  • Drive, energy and ability to act autonomously, navigate ambiguity and balance changing priorities.
  • Incisive analytical skills, applying knowledge to advise planning and decisions.
  • Awareness and understanding of early career landscape, with a passion for creating inclusive opportunities.
  • Desirable: experience working in or understanding one or more business units.

  • A competitive salary range £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
