Job Overview

The Shore Group is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team. As a leading Roofing and Cladding Contractor, they specialize in maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of roofing and cladding systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with sub-contractors, store managers, and contracts managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site set up inductions and ensure a smooth project workflow.
  2. Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  3. Communicate daily with the store manager to address any concerns or issues.
  4. Verify that all works are completed and signed off by relevant authorities.
  5. Prepare and submit daily reports to the contracts manager.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork for the project.
