Service Desk Analyst

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for technical support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Hays Technology in Leeds.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to a wide range of technical queries and issues via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, instant chat, and remote support tools.
  • Record and resolve customer enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and document solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic 1st line IT skills across Microsoft technology, including Office.
  • Any IT certifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technology.
