Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clinics systems support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of incidents and requests assigned to you via the ticketing system.
- Deliver regular tasks such as bulk messaging or data uploads.
- Work with internal stakeholders, key colleagues, and external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Support and liaise with appropriate support teams, representing clinics colleagues with any systems or hardware.
- Ensure KPIs are met for personal ticket portfolio.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a support desk environment.
- Previous experience working with computer systems.
- Ability to demonstrate customer-led thinking.
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal direct supervision.
