Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collections Administrator to join our team at Davidson Fink LLP. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate client invoicing, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately review accounts for potential billing opportunities.
- Evaluate and adhere to proper client and investor billing guidelines.
- Analyze and process client requests related to outstanding balances.
- Communicate effectively with clients on billing-related matters.
- Collaborate in the collections process.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email.
- Perform administrative tasks and data entry as necessary.
- Undertake special assignments and other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, commensurate with education and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
