Car Rental Branch Team Member

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Car Rental Branch Team Member for our Aberdeen Car & Van Rental branch.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering an excellent level of customer service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work effectively as part of a team, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.
About the Role
As a Car Rental Branch Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face-to-face and on the telephone. This will include using your brilliant communication and organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and queries, monitoring and controlling expenditure, and running daily reports to ensure they are acted on. Additionally, you will be expected to help promote the branch and keep customer experience at the forefront of your focus.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
Administrative Tasks: Use your organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Financial Management: Monitor and control expenditure, and run daily reports to ensure they are acted on.
Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Marketing: Help promote the branch and keep customer experience at the forefront of your focus.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong Administrative Skills: A proven ability to work effectively in an administrative capacity.
Excellent Communication Skills: A high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
A Full UK Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Previous Experience: Previous experience in the rental industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
