Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Production Oversight: Monitor production effectiveness, stock levels, and waste management to ensure the team consistently meets targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve challenges and optimize operations, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Health and Safety Champion: Lead health and safety training initiatives, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
