Paediatric Orthopaedics Specialist

The Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Senior Clinical Fellow position in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery. This fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to gain sub-specialty clinical training in elective paediatric orthopaedic surgery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff in various sub-specialist areas, including rotations between senior consultants
- Contribute to the full pathway of surgical treatment for elective cases, outpatient clinics, audit, and research
- Gain experience in all major areas of paediatric orthopaedics, particularly rare disorders and complex procedures
Key Requirements:
- FRCOrth or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in paediatric orthopaedics
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a multidisciplinary environment
Salary Information:
This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £44,171 to £57,570 per annum, pro rata, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in Paediatric Orthopaedics.
