About the Service:

Our new supported living and residential service in Wolverhampton will provide specialist care and support to young adults with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex needs. The service will be designed to meet the unique needs of each individual and will focus on promoting independence, choice, and control.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of this new service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and will be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • To lead a team of carers and support workers to deliver high-quality care services
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
