Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at South Africa Lodge. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges, rather than just the diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
  • Observing resident progress against planned goals and reporting changes in the residents' condition or care needs
  • Helping residents to remain as independent as possible
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in Care (essential)
  • Experience working with adults that present with complex needs including challenging behaviours and mental health needs
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families

Salary Information
