Companion Care Assistant

The estimated salary for this role is £12.90 per hour (weekdays) and £13.90 per hour (weekends), plus 45p mileage. About Your Job:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This may involve:
- Developing personalized care plans to meet each client's unique requirements
- Delivering care and support in clients' own homes or community settings
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential or community setting
- Strong understanding of adult safeguarding policies and procedures
