Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project and Delivery Manager to join our operations team at the National Foundation for Educational Research. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing operational delivery processes for various projects, including surveys, randomised controlled trials, international surveys/assessments, and test trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, agree, and monitor schedules for all product and project work, ensuring timely delivery, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manage project delivery, school relationship management, data collection, and support internal and external clients.
  • Escalate key changes as appropriate for the whole end-to-end process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of delivering and managing projects within education or a research environment. You will need to have an aptitude for using technology, the ability to plan forward, a logical approach, good written communication skills, and the ability to turn complex tasks into practical realities.

  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and reviewed annually.
