Job Summary

DataX Connect is seeking a highly experienced Construction Director to lead our flagship Data Centre project in London and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering this high-profile project from pre-construction to onsite delivery.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of construction professionals to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading technical projects, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Direct experience with data centre projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: HNC or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Building Services.
